Thriving Autistically

Kia ora koutou!! This is a meeting for all autistic people (suspected autistic, self diagosed or professionally diagnosed all welcome).

You are welcome to join the discussion however you like (speaking with or without your video on or typing in the chat) or just listen. You can choose how much or if you want to join the discussion or if you are happy listening and holding space for others.

We generally choose a topic for each month and use that as a starting place for our discussion. However if you have something specific you would like to discuss, bring it along or add to our list of topics for upcoming meetings

It is okay to leave early if you have something else on or are finding it overwhelming etc, please just say or message the group that you need to leave so we know you are okay and don’t worry.

These meetings are generally on the last Tuesday of the month, 7-8pm. (For those like me, who like to know the pattern of when something is).
